  • Where do the clothes come from?

All our garments are 100% vintage. Garments from the 70s, 80s and 90s rescued from oblivion by ourselves around Spain and Europe. Our clothes are carefully selected one by one and lovingly prepared for you.

  • Once a garment is sold out, is it restocked?

No. At Amarga we only work with vintage clothing and that is why it is very difficult to find two identical items. The exclusivity of our garments is the brand's main value proposition.

  • How does the online store work?

Having all the stock of clothing that we have in a physical store reflected on the website is very complicated. For us it is a great effort to carry out the process of photographing the garment, with its subsequent editing, re-sizing and obtaining measurements, as it is a single exclusive unit.

From time to time, a specific drop of vintage clothing is held which is available to all users while supplies last.

PAYMENT METHODS

  • How can I pay?
At Amarga we offer the following payment methods:
  1. Credit or debit card.
  2. ApplePay.
  3. Google Pay.
  4. Paypal: You can pay for your order using your Paypal account or with your credit card via Paypal (you can create a Paypal account and associate your preferred payment method with that account at www.paypal.com)
  • Where do we ship and how long does it take to arrive?

 We currently ship to the Peninsula, Balearic Islands, Canary Islands and Andorra.

Once the order has been placed, you will be informed of its stock, as well as the estimated delivery times. As a general rule, the delivery time is usually 24 to 72 hours from shipment, except for " Near Pickup Point " whose delivery period is 2 to 5 days .

Orders will be prepared within a period of 24 hours. from Monday to Friday from its completion.

Delivery of orders will be made to the address indicated by the customer. If you have selected " Nearby Collection Point" the delivery will be made at the collection point closest to the address provided by the customer, attached to the shipping company ( Inpost ).

As soon as the order is ready for shipping, an email will be sent to you indicating the order's departure date and its tracking number.

  • As the shipping cost?

- Shipping to the Peninsula or Andorra : €4.95 (Free shipping for purchases of €50 or more)

- Shipping to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla : €8.00 (Free shipping for purchases of €80 or more)

- Shipping to the Canary Islands : €10.00 (Free shipping for purchases of €100 or more)

- Shipments to a nearby Collection Point (Peninsula): €3.95

  • How do I redeem a gift card online?

Gift cards are purchased as a normal product. Once you buy it, you will receive an email with an exclusive code associated with the card that you can redeem both in a physical store and online until the amount of the gift card is exhausted.

ORDERS

  • Can I place my order through Instagram?

Yes. If you have seen a garment in our stories or Instagram posts and you are interested in it, you can write to us by direct message and we will send you all the information to process the order without any problem.

  • Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes. You can modify or cancel your order within 24 hours. following the date of placing the order by contacting us through the following email: bittervintage@gmail.com

It is important that you provide us with your full name, address and shipping number that you received in the first confirmation email when you placed your order.

  • Where is my order?

You will be able to track your order once it leaves our store, using a link that we will send to your email.

RETURNS

  • Can I return my order if I don't like it/convince it?
Yes, you can return your order. You can check the return conditions here or in the "Returns" section of our website.

SIZES

  • How do I know what my size is?

Because all our clothing is vintage, mostly manufactured in the eighties and nineties in different countries, the size indicated on its label may not correspond to current sizes. For this reason, in the description of each item on our website we show an approximate size according to current sizing criteria and their corresponding measurements. To make your purchase more safely, we recommend that you compare the measurements with a similar garment you have at home.
