Returns
All our items (except accessories and discounted products) can be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order. Returns will be made by refunding the amount of the returned product(s), excluding shipping costs.

Returning the order is the responsibility of the customer. €4.95 will be subtracted from the amount to be returned.

Once the request is accepted, we will send you the corresponding label so that you can leave the package at any Post Office within the next 7 calendar days.

In the event that the previous deadline is not met, we will consider that you do not wish to return the order and we will not receive it. In this case, the order will not be returned and the customer must take care of the package themselves.

For returns, it is essential that the items be returned in their original condition and with the label attached to the item.
