- All our items (except accessories and discounted products) can be returned within a maximum period of 15 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Refunds will be issued by refunding the amount of the returned product(s), excluding shipping costs.

- Returns are the customer's responsibility. €4.95 will be deducted from the refund amount.

- It's important to know that if during the purchase process you enjoyed free shipping for purchases over €50 and the items you keep are less than €50 (the minimum amount to enjoy free shipping), €4.95 will be deducted from your credit for free shipping costs.

- It is mandatory to inform the exchange/return process by email to amargavintage@gmail.com.

- Once your request is accepted, we'll send you the corresponding label so you can drop off the package at any post office within 7 calendar days.

- If the above deadline is not met, we will consider that you do not wish to return the order and will not accept it. In this case, the order will not be returned, and the customer must take care of the package themselves.
